Our main location and directions to it:
Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
Meet at our desk in the Main Lodge at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in the area near the front desk, by the ATM.
This is our main location, where most of our tours are located.
When searching for this location on your mobile device, please be sure to NOT search for the hotel or its street address. Instead, please search for “Jasper Planetarium” or “The Jasper Planetarium”
Within a few dozen metres of this location, you will find parking near the Planetarium and Fairmont Main Lodge. After parking, please come see us at our desk in the Main Lodge to check-in no later than 15-minutes before your tour.

SHUTTLE
While we usually operate a shuttle in the summer months (typically June – Aug) you can also take Jasper’s new public transit system to our main location at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge any time of year. IMPORTANT: While the municipal transit system often runs TO our location, it is usually closed by the time our tours finish to return FROM our location.
Whenever possible, we recommend taking advantage of the nominal cost of Jasper transit to take you TO our location at the Fairmont, then (Sept-May) arranging yourself for a return trip via taxi.

Pyramid Lake Resort
If you are arriving for the Stargazer’s Lakeside Dinner telescope package we offer at Pyramid Lake Resort, meet at The Pines Restaurant at Pyramid Lake Resort.
If you are arriving for the telescope tour only (or coming for the telescope portion of your dinner and telescope package after dinner), meet at the Pyramid Lake Resort boathouse (by the road) at Pyramid Lake Resort.
You will find parking within a few metres of the Pyramid boathouse (if that parking lot is full, another parking lot is available approx 25 metres down the road.) After parking, please come see us at our desk in the boathouse to check-in no later than 15-minutes before the start time of your telescope tour or the telescope portion of your dinner & telescope tour package.
Jasper Skytram
Fridays in SEPTEMBER / Fri & Sat in OCTOBER, our Skytram Star Sessions depart from the Jasper Skytram Lower Station.
Please allow 15 minutes to drive to the Skytram Lower Station from the Town of Jasper and be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes in-advance of your scheduled start-time.
